Every Day I Wait is a  sound and video work depicting a ballet movement performed by Lisa Bolte (ex Australian Ballet soloist).  The 'Bourree' gives an impression of gliding weightlessly while making little movements with the feet on pointe.  I recorded the sound of wood against wood, performed while following a direction to 'stay on pointe for as long as possible'..  Shot from just below the knees  the image is usually presented larger than life and has been included in 'Black Box, White Cube: aspects of performance in Australian art'  curated by Steven Tonkin at the Victorian Arts Centre and more recently developed into.a 3 screen exhibition at the Museum of Brisbane.
