The actor/dancer is directed to dance until exhausted in one take.

Reflecting on dance competitions during the depression in which endurance in the face of survival was entertainment and how this denies the nature of dance - that is to dance to death.  Classical ballets like 'Giselle' and 'Swan Lake' speak of this paradox.

The outcome of how exhaustion will happen is unknown during the production.
