Motion signalling' invites the audience into the studio as a body of experimental works are curated and continuously reconfigured each day. Treating the gallery as a studio the title refers to constant action and moments that signal a pause in studio practice.

The artist's studio and practice is always in motion, mentally and physically, punctuated by moments when there seems to be a resolve, a resonance or sense that a work is finished. While my works come from an expanded photographic practice it seems both the photo itself and the practice are haunted by an ongoing question ‘how does the artist decide when a work is ‘resolved’ finished or still?’
